Going out is BAD!!

I've worked out every day since Monday, yet I know tomorrow's weigh in isn't going to make me happy. I've got to stop going out and having drinks, it's totally sabotaging my weight loss. I've know that for a while, but it's so hard to try and go out with friends and not have a drink. This weekend will be terrible, I have a girls night on Friday, my friend's band is playing at a bar on Saturday and then the Super Bowl on Sunday. I guess I will have to swear off drinking during the week starting on Monday, and then really try to limit myself on the weekends. My eating this week has been okay, but I've been so stressed all week and that definitely screws with your metabolism. Maybe today will get better, but it's been a bad morning already. Hopefully everyone else is having a better day so far!
