Jake - I can't wait to see pics of you in either of those dresses, especially SMOKING HOT body hugging dress. What color??
Teresa - I've noticed that not drinking as much, hardly at all during the week, has made a significant difference! I've been drinking seltzer or sparkling mineral water instead. makes me feel like I'm still having a grown-up drink without all the calories and bloating!
Sarah - I'm with ya on the styro cup-o-soup. So easy, relatively low calorie, but horrible quantities of carbs and sodium.
Yesterday was ok. No exercise again. I have to get back on that. I lie in bed in the morning knowing I should get up and do it but then snuggle back into my comforter. WORDS OF MOTIVATION PLEASE!!!!
B- oatmeal, water (no coffee)
L - lf vegan soup, dab of cheese apread & crackers, grapes
s- terra chips (proper portion), tea
sucked into a late meeting - another snack I should have avoided - pb crackers & gingerale
d- edamame, flatbread pizza, 2 glasses wine
evening/late night - about a gallon of sleepytime tea!!!!
