B-coffee, egg mc muffin no meat
S- Fiber one bar
L- salad w/ 1 tbsp honey mustard
Gyro, no fries (well, i had 2 of keri's!!)
Dinner- i'm at annie's... i think we're ordering chinese. shrimp and broccoli steamed, no sauce.
I know not the best, but usually on travel days I'm worse. Also, I don't know when I'm exercising this weekend..... ugh.
