So I weighed myself this morning out of curiosity and I was 134. I will not weigh myself again until Friday, so I don't get myself upset like last week.
No gym probably tonight, but tomorrow morning.
Lunch yesterday was another stryofoam cup soap. Dinner was a cup of beef barley and a grilled chicken salad with oil and vinegar dressing.
Breakfast today - yogurt and coffee.
