Good morning everyone! As you know, I'm new to your contest. I'm a friend of Sarah's and Aileen's and when I heard they were doing this contest I thought it might be just the thing I needed to get me out of this weight slump I've been in. I've been trying to lose around 15 lbs for the past, probably 8 months and every time I start making progress I end up ruining it with a little too much drinking and bad food! Unfortunately most of my friends aren't into diet and exercise the way I am so my diet gets ruined everytime I go out with them. It will be nice to talk to others who want to get back in shape the way I do.
My weight in for today is 132 and I'm hoping to get back down to 115. I'm very consistent with the gym but I think it's time to change my work out a bit and stop eating junk. So far this week I've been to the gym every day and have said no to tonight's happy hour. Hopefully I don't get persuaded otherwise!
