so I think I'm finally making some good progress, although yesterday was weird. I was SOOO hungry all day- gave in to many snacks, had a less than perfect dinner, but i don't think it will sabotage all my hard work this week...
Wednesday-
Gym, 45 mins between treadmill and arc trainer
Coffee
Fiber one pop tart
1/2 turkey breast (low sodium) and american sandwich, 1 serving of those crunchy fried onion salad topper things (one serving is about 1.5 Tbsp, 2 g fat... for some reason they're super good on a sandwich), celery stick
1/2 banana
kashi TLC bar
FF yogurt
panzanella salad (uugggh. so good but not good for you)
green salad with grilled steak (lean sirloin, about 4 oz or less of meat)
glass of wine
This morning.....
NO gym... had to be at work early :-/
3/4 of a bagel w/ cream cheese :-(
