So after my class and scone for breakfast on Sat I was pretty good. I snacked on veggies most of the day and had a light dinner.
Sunday I was going to go to the gym, but the snow stopped that and I was lazy on the couch instead. But I snacked on yogurt and vegetables. A little cheese and crackers ( I had 3 crackers). And some wonton soup and a couple steamed dumplings for dinner.
I also made myself some healthy stuff for the week, hardboiled eggs, tuna salad (tiny bit of mayo) with whole wheat pasta (maybe a cup). That will get me through the next couple days for lunch.
I'm definitely going to the gym tonight since tomorrow night I'm finally going to see Twilight!
Let's all kick butt this week! A - I know you can get into gear! And Michelle - I think if you keep doing what you're doing, you will definitely get below 144.
