Be strong TL!
I had my homemade tuna macaroni salad for lunch today with an apple and green beans. Snack was celery and peanut butter. I had a kick @ss workout at the gym in my class - I am going to be so sore tomorrow. Yay! That means something is working.
After the gym was a salad with white beans, balsamic viniagrette dressing, tomato, olives, and a couple pieces of mozzarella.
I feel pretty good, I've totally cut back on the wine (it's hard though TL - I feel your pain), but I get up so much easier in the morning.
If you guys like the quotes, I'll post more!
