Monday

B-2 egg whites, lf cheese, slice of dry toast
L-leftover pasta w shrimp
S- yogurt
D- Chicken breast, dry piece of toast, raw carrots, 1/4 serving of onion dip
1/2 kouign amann (death pastry that i spent hours making... yum yum.)

30 mins walking, 40 mins weights/stability ball
