So I had some soup (those noodles that come in the styrofoam cup) after my monster day at the gym.
Then I made this "tastefully simple" beer bread and had 2 pieces. Dinner was chicken with beans and rice (finally).
Then tea and bed.
I met my friend at the gym at 8am today and ran 2 miles and did some arms and chest weights.
She jokes that someone lit a fire under my @ss.
