So I'm a little disappointed. I'm at 134.5 this am, but earlier this week I was at 133. I'm trying not to be upset, since I know I've worked hard all week and it's not going to happen overnight, but I was definitely a little irritated when I weighed in first thing. The good thing is, it totally motivated me to completely kick my butt in my workout this morning. I did interval training for the first time on the treadmill and did 2 miles in about 21 minutes. That's fast for me - I really worked hard. And then my group class trainer and one of the girls in my class came in as I was cooling down and I went and did weights with them.
Tomorrow is a big day at the gym, they're raising money for the cancer center in town and having classes all day. My friend Rachel and I are planning on dancing our hearts out at Zumba and Hip-Hop. Should be fun.
Last night for dinner wasn't chicken with beans and rice after all - it was shrimp, broccoli and rice.
This morning breakfast is a hard boiled egg and yogurt.
