Teresa's Weigh In

129.8 - not quite going the right way but could be a lot worse after this awful week

At least I managed to hit the gym every day!
Mon - Chest & 40 min. arc trainer
Tues - Back & 30 min arc trainer
Wed - Abs & 25 min Wii Fit
Thurs - Shoulders & 50 min arc trainer
Today (hopefully) - arms and the treadmill

I'm hoping to hit the gym tomorrow and Sunday as well since I'm going to be out so much. Here's the dilemma I always face when going to a Girls Night or similar party at someone's house. Do I eat a healthy dinner first with the hopes it will fill me up and I won't snack on anything there? Or am I realistic and know that I will be snacking on some chips and dips, plus the drinks no matter what, so don't eat dinner to help make up for the extra calories from the snacks?

  1. Yay- you love the arc traininer as much as I do!! I say- when you go to a girl's night or something similar, bring something over that is healthy that you can eat- ie veggie plate or something.... it's worth a try!!
