129.8 - not quite going the right way but could be a lot worse after this awful week
At least I managed to hit the gym every day!
Mon - Chest & 40 min. arc trainer
Tues - Back & 30 min arc trainer
Wed - Abs & 25 min Wii Fit
Thurs - Shoulders & 50 min arc trainer
Today (hopefully) - arms and the treadmill
I'm hoping to hit the gym tomorrow and Sunday as well since I'm going to be out so much. Here's the dilemma I always face when going to a Girls Night or similar party at someone's house. Do I eat a healthy dinner first with the hopes it will fill me up and I won't snack on anything there? Or am I realistic and know that I will be snacking on some chips and dips, plus the drinks no matter what, so don't eat dinner to help make up for the extra calories from the snacks?

Yay- you love the arc traininer as much as I do!! I say- when you go to a girl's night or something similar, bring something over that is healthy that you can eat- ie veggie plate or something.... it's worth a try!!
