The rest of Tuesday....

S- Carrots
D- 1 (big) glass of red wine, fresh pasta with this mushroom broth/sauce stuff. really healthy- only fat was 1.5 Tbsp of EVOO for 2 servings, and a lil sprinkle of parm cheese.
Exercise- about 15-20 mins of crunches, weights, stability ball stuff.

Today- 25 mins treadmill, 15 mins arc trainer
B- Coffee- fiber one pop tart
water

Last 2 mornings I had no problem waking up... i guess healthy dinner and early to bed is helping!
