Bad Weekend

Rough weekend for me, too much drinking and eating and no gym time. Did do some walking but that doesn't really count. I've got to be serious about it this week, but am already having a hard time staying away from my co-worker's trail mix. I definitely crave crunchy stuff when I am stressed - got to get out of that habit! I gotta say it helps to read these posts and see that everyone else has as tough of a time on the weekend as I do. It's hard to have fun and be good at the same time!
By the way, does anyone track what they eat during the day? I used to do it and it was helpful, but haven't had time lately. This is a good site to track everything on, if anyone is interested: http://caloriecount.about.com/

  1. I also write down everything I eat during the day and keep track of the calories and carbs. It's a great way to keep myself in check. I also like the web site Calorie King. They have a great database of food and it shows a chart next to it of how much exercise you need to do to burn off what you just ate!

  2. i also crave crunchy stuff.... i like the wasa crispbread with laughing cow lo fat cheese or popcorn w little to no butter.... helps me stay away from the potato chips!
