Work stinks

So unfortunately, i ended up working late last night so I didn't get to the gym. Yuck. But I'm definitely going tonight.
Yesterday - b- yogurt
l - salad with no dressing (mushrooms, cucumbers, hardboiled egg, cauliflower, broccoli) and a small cup of broccoli and cheese soup from whole foods
snack - green beans, tiny piece of dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
d - 3/4 cup pasta with meat (ground turkey) sauce
Lots of tea and water.
