i was super lazy- no gym.
B- 2 hard boiled egg whites, coffee
L- roast beef and lo-fat cheese on wheat/white bread
S- angel food cake (i made it... 146.5 calories, 0.15 grams of fat, 33 g carbs)
D- 2 slices of homemade pizza w mushrooms and jalapenos... very little cheese and super thing crust.
