where is everyone?

Sarah, is it just me & you? Hello, anybody out there?

B - yogurt, banana, 2 coffees
l - salad w/ 2 tbsp thousand island dressing (whopping 190 calories!), tomato soup
s - tea, apple
d - veggies, lf ww pasta
lots of detox tea

1st period day. ick, feels like I just had it! hula hoop, abs & arms

got my tax return and went grocery shopping, bought lots of healthy stuff to prep for Flower Show next week. has anyone tried slim fast? wish me luck! I'm hoping the meal replacement plan will get me through next weeks show, but I'll bring healthy back up in case. advice woould be welcomed....
