~sigh~ I'm so tired of meetings these past few weeks. It wrecks my workout schedule. No matter how hard I try I can not stay motivated to get up in the morning to run. ~sigh~
yesterday:
b- oatmeal, banana, coffee
l - tomato soup, wasa, lf cheese
s- mint tea, lf cottage cheese w/ mango
s- apple, water
d- 2 slices tomato pie, water
home late- munchy hungry. wasa & preserves. more than I should have eaten. white wine too.
