Snow Joy

I LOVE THE SNOW. It even inspired me to get up and run before work this morning!

Tuesday was good. Purposely no exercise (rest days are very important!)
B- yogurt, 1/2 apple, plain tea
l - celery stalk, lf moz cheese stick, tuna, wasa, water
d- sushi, veggie dumpling, seaweed salad, detox tea

meditation, watching the snow fall, deep dream-filled sleep.
