Focused for February

My objective for the next 28 days is absolute focus.
I have knocked out caffeine, sugar and alcohol.

Sunday was a pretty good eating day considering all of the temptation around me.
pre-run - oatmeal & 1/4 apple, decaf tea
run - 11 miles, gatorade
post run - 1 egg (fried), 1 slice wheat toast (plain), 2 bites homefries, decaf tea
snack - 1 celery stalk, 1 lf moz cheese stick, detox tea
lunch (knitting circle)- 1 slice homemade thin crust pizza 1 cracker w/ goat cheese, 3 tortillas with dab of homemade salsa, 1 pita wedge with smear of hummus, seltzer water, decaf ginger tea
detox tea
dinner (superbowl party) - 1 small bowl of my soup, 1 small bowl of homemade lf chili, 4 wings, seltzer
pre-bed - detox tea
