i had a terrible week. stress, too much eating, no exercise, the whole package of badness. ugh
sarah- if you have an "arc trainer" at your gym- it's a cybex machine- it works really well. great workout, and it's easy on your knees and everything. it's kinda like an elliptical... also, an incumbent bike works well too... when my foot started acting up really badly, i was using that bike. not sure how it will be on the knees, but it's worth a try...
