I feel pretty good this morning - I had to change my pants a couple times, since both pairs of gray pants were big on me. So even if the scale doesn't move tomorrow, I'll feel good.
Worked late again last night, I had yogurt for dinner. I had some carrots and pb for a snack too. I wasn't hungry when I got home.
I went to the gym this am, did 2 miles on the treadmill - I'll pick it up and do 2.5-3 in 2 weeks. I don't want to hurt myself again. Then some weights - bis and tris this morning.
I'm debating taking tomorrow morning off since I have class Sat morning and I'm planning on going Sunday. I know you need to rest sometimes and I worked out Mon night with weights and the stability ball, Tues night I ran, Wed morning was weights with my group, and this morning was treadmill and weights. I'll see how I feel tonight.
