Motivation to get to our weight loss goals. Yes, we're "competing" against each other, but really, we're supporting each other to reach our goals. That's what friends do.

Wednesday
I couldn't do it. I lasted til 12:30 and gave in and ate. It was about 18-19 hours without eating. It's really hard. If anything, it shows how used to eating at certain times we are without too much regard for how hungry we are. I might try it again next week and see how I do.
