b- tea, oatmeal
s- 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ tsp raspberry preserves, decaf tea
l- water, 3 whole grain Wasa, small can tuna
s- 2 whole grain wasa, tsp lf peanut butter, water
d- 1 small portobello mushroom, 2 tsp caviar hummus, 4 pita wedges, 2 slices of bread (bad!) small greek salad (left much of it on the plate) 2 glasses white wine, 2 glasses water
got home from the meeting and I was hungry-ish? so I had a cup of my noodle/veggie/broth concotion, drank a huge glass of water and went to sleep.
I did not sleep well and this morning I feel tired and cranky. That usually presents eating challenges and today is the All Staff meeting, where we are faced with nothing but bagels, muffins and cinnamon raisen bread. Luckily I brought my oatmeal and decaf tea into the room with me!
