I'm psyched about the weight loss. I'm feeling pretty good.
b- oatmeal, water, tea
l - soup, 3 wasa w/ lowfat Peanut butter
snack - fruit and nut mix (too much, bad idea to have the bag on my desk, I should measure out a portion and then put the rest away)
snack - 1/3 or a Think Thin Brownie Crunch protein bar (ick, I'll eat the rest only if I'm really hungry and won't ever buy these again, water
d- TBD but I'll choose something healthy.
