40 mins arc trainer
B-Hard boiled egg white, special K bar
S- one Wasa and 1/4 svg of reduced fat PB
L- Roast beef, lo fat cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich (only ate half of the bread)
20 minutes exercises with weights & stability ball
D- brown rice and stuff dad made, asparagus. I actually controlled my portions... yay!
Lots of tea and water
