different for everybody

I've done the calorie calculator thing too. I'm supposed to eat less than 1700. I shoot for 1500. I think it works.

welcome back A! how was Hawaii?

today
b- cottage cheese, 1/2 apple, coffee
s- 1/2 apple,n\hot chocoloate (it was COLD out in the parks today!)
l - tomato soup, too many pita chips
s- wasa w/peanut butter, tea
s- 2 sqs 70% dark chocolate bar
d= tea, veggies, lf ww pasta (2 servings worth, I'm sure)

no exercise. I ate too much. I can feel it. I'm so stressed at work I find myself wanting to eat. I'm thinking maybe I have a stress related eating disorder. I think I over exercise to compensate for when I I've eaten too much.
