TL's weigh in & Thursday

B- yogurt, 1/2 apple, tea
L- soup. 1 wasa, salad w/ tsp italian dressing
S- 12 almonds, tea
Exercise - 4 frigid miles
d- pasta w/ veggies. water, salad, too much wine
s- pretzels & dip (when I have wine, I lose all will power!)
