that this weekend was a bust!
saturday was fine, ate healthy, was active, no workout, but that's okay. Sunday was a disaster. I woke up late for the race so skipped breakfast (not a wise move with 7.5 hilly miles in front of me) Post race meal was a turkey footlong sub. yes, I ate the whole thing. and chips. then I took a nap. then my friend was playing at a pizza brewery so I ordered a personal piza and I ate the whole thing. oh, add a couple of beers.
