Sarah's weigh-in Week 4

131 weigh-in
no gym yesterday, i did some pushups and weights at home.
L- veggies from whole foods, hard boiled egg, zucchini latke (not bad), carrot ginger soup
S - green beans, yogurt, apple
no dinner - I was bad and running around after work too much.

Breakfast today - coffee, lf cheese stick, smooshed organic fruit flat.
