Oatmeal and Dunkin Donuts coffee in the morning makes me so happy! Now if I can just stay that way the entire day I'd probably not snack as much. Didn't do too bad yesterday, expect for a few too many nuts from my coworker's stash. I'm swearing those off today. I even made myself a healthy dinner last night which is pretty shocking since I never cook. And I managed to get chest and 45 minutes on the arc trainer done at the gym yesterday.
I think anytime we get cravings to snack during the day we should drink some water and post to the blog. I bet the craving will pass by the time we finish. Half the time I only want to snack because I'm bored and looking for something to do. I can't stand it if I'm not busy. Does anyone else have that problem or am I just the weird one?

my biggest problem is boredom eating. I have to be doing something with my hands and shoveling food in my mouth fits that description. I've been knitting more. That helps! I think you're right on with drinking water and posting to the blog. whatever works for you!
