Stay strong TL in your meetings today! I have faith.
Yesterday mostly good, except for 2 boneless habenuero (sp?) wings from Chili's.
L - leftover veal, mushrooms and asparagus from dinner Sat night, green beans
S- yogurt, apple and pb
D - 2 wings, 3 shrimp, broccoli and 2 bites of rice.
As usual, about 5 cups of tea.
Today so far - b- yogurt, lf cheese stick, smooshed organic fruit, s - apple with pb
No gym yesterday - worked til 630ish (my commute is an hour each way)
no gym today - doing a friend's taxes tonight.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to the gym. No excuses!
