B- oatmeal, 1/4 apple, plain tea
L - wasa w/ lemon pepper tuna, 1/4 apple, water
pre-run snack - powerbar, detox tea
run - 8.5 miles + 1/2 hr AB workout
D- celery stalk, lf moz cheese stick, soup, 2slices ww bread w/ brummel & brown "butter", detox tea
Then I took a hot bubble bath and crawled gratefully into bed.
