Tues and Wed am

So yesterday wasn't bad - I worked late, so dinner was a rice cake and wasa w/ pb.
Lunch was 3 shrimp and 3/4 cup rice, and homemade butternut squash soup. Breakfast was cheese stick, and yogurt. Snack was cheese stick and my smooshed fruit.
I went to the gym late last night and did 2 miles on the treadmill - tried not to go too hard since my knee is feeling better and I don't want it to feel worse. And then this am, I did weights with my trainer. Ouch - I'm going to be sore.
I think I'm going to try this 24 hour fasting I read about. You're supposed to carry it through 2 days so you still eat every day. The last time I ate was around 5 yesterday, I'm going to try not to eat today til 5. Obviously, if I feel faint or can't focus, I'll eat something, but I thought I'd give it a shot.   1. Sarah, please be careful about fasting. You are very active and your body needs fuel. Think of it this way, you can't drive a car without gasoline. I'm sure you'll listen to your body, just be super careful. OK?
