weigh in

I assumed this was going to happen, but i'm ready to get back on track.

Thursday:
Activia yogurt w/ peaches
1/2 roast beef sandwich
krispy kreme doughnut (that damn business expo!! cost me 7 WW pts!!)
multi grain cheese puffs
one svg of cheddar cheese
roasted chicken- 1 wing and some slices of white meat
roasted potatoes and carrots
green salad

by the time dinner came around, I lost track of points. I screwed up pretty badly this week. Ready for a fresh start this week. However, I am going out for sushi for lunch... i'll have to be extra good :-)
