Swimming

You have to read the comments after this. I'm not sure I really agree with this article or some of the comments. I'm a believer that diet is way more important than exercise. Exercise is good to build and tone muscle, but I really feel to lose weight, you need to eat healthier. In all the research I've done and my own experience at this point, I'm pretty sure that if I had kept eating and drinking alcohol the way I was before we started this contest, I wouldn't have lost as much weight.

Nicole and TL - keep up with the swimming. Remember that a little activity is better than no acticity (not that TL does nothing - crazy marathon runner). Don't be discouraged and really focus on what you're eating. More fruits and veggies has been so great to reduce my calorie intake and still keep me feeling like I'm snacking. I always want to reach for something to snack on at work while I'm sitting on my butt all day looking at numbers, and reaching for celery, apples, peppers, etc has really helped me.

I think the key to this article is the fact that calorie consumption wasn't tracked.
