Week and weekend

141.5 on Friday, same as usual. Only got on the elliptical and weights, 3 times this week. No wonder I am in maintenance mode and not losing. I am eating well during the week, this week was bad with a quesidilla burger on Sat and Fried chicken on Sunday.

  2. I agree with A... perhaps a change in routine. Of course I've tried that and it hasn't worked much, but I remain ever hopeful
