Sarah's weekend

So I didn't eat that great Fri night and Sat, but Sunday was good. Brian and I went out to dinner Fri night, had the steamed littleneck clam app with some bread, and spinach ravioli, veal in a brandy cream sauce. I don't even want to know how many calories and fat that had. Saturday, I worked, breakfast was yogurt and an apple, lunch, some organic steak and cheese panini - 370 calories, snack was raw green pepper and yogurt with cinnamon cereal. Dinner was leftover spinach ravioli and veal.
Sunday was better, went to the gym in the am - did 3 miles - 2 mi intervals and the 3 mile was incline run. Then some weight training and stuff for an hour. My friend Rachel and I kick each other's butt - it's great. Lunch was a spinach wrap with grilled chicken, provolone, red peppers, spinach. Yum. very satisfying. Snack was a cucumber. Dinner was 3 wontons and some broccoli. I had some fatfree frozen yogurt for dessert.
So I bought 2 new bathing suits online for Cancun. I put up pictures to remind myself to eat better. One picture is on the fridge at home, one picture is in my bedroom (reminder for gym) and one picture is at work in front of my healthy snack drawer. While I eat healthy snacks, I think I've been eating too much healthy snacks. I want to cut back on that.
This am I did 2 miles and then weights.
