I'm doing pretty well with cutting back on the snacks. The picture above my snack drawer is definitely helping.
B-1/2 2% Fage yogurt and an apple - 130 cal
S - smooshed fruit snack - 40 cal
L - organic ginger chicken frozen meal, raw green pepper - 400 cal
S - smooshed fruit snack, 2 wasa crackers with peanut butter - 200 cal
Not sure what I'll do for dinner. I'll leave work and go to the gym tonight and see how hungry I am when I get home. Maybe an apple or something.
