Sunday

I discovered a couple of things yesterday that are awesome for my diet. Thought maybe they might help you guys too.... (as long as you're not on low carb)

Arnold Select Sandwich Thins 100% whole wheat. Really great way to have a sandwich or bread with soup or something, all for 1 WW point!! 100 calories, 1 g fat, 5 g fiber, 5 g protein. It's like a flat round roll... I had one with breakfast this morning, and one for lunch with my veggie burger... such a great way to save calories!!

Kozy Shack no sugar added rice pudding. I don't usually like things with Splenda (for the taste and the chemicals), but it's barely noticeable, and this is helping me with my sweet tooth! 90 calories, 3 g fat, 3 g fiber, 4 g protein. convenient lil' individual serving size only costs me 1 WW point!!!

So here was my sunday. You will notice a lot of nasty nasty snacking but... hey... it was a lazy lazy sunday. I just have to be good for the rest of the week and I'll be ok :-)

Coffee - 1
bread & lowfat cheese - 2
veggie burger, lofat cheese, bread - 5
salad w fresh mozz, balsamic dressing - 3
3 cookies :-( - 6
deviled eggs - 3
chips :-( - 2
pork rinds - 2
other half of roast beef sand - 5

total= 29.

I started my week on saturday- so I have 26 flex pts left.
