Rough few days
Hey guys, sorry about not weighing in Friday. I had some huge problems going on and I couldn't even attempt to blog. This is a new week for me to get back to the gym consistently since the last two weeks have been very on and off. Did chest at the gym on lunch already and I'm hitting cardio after work and possibly softball if the rain holds off.
