Tired!

I still can't believe I haven't lost any weight. It's ridiculous. I know I'm stronger than I've ever been but I can't say all my clothes are fitting. Part of it has got to be the lack of sleep. Yesterday I did shoulders at the gym, had 2 hours of softball practice, 1.5 hours of belly dancing and then I still had stuff to do after that. I think I got about 5 hours of sleep. Exhausted today!

    I don't know if i mentioned this before, but i read an artice in glamour where they took about 10 women that slept less hrs than they should have (5 or less, something like that) and they slept for 7-8 hrs a night for a period of time... without consiously changing their diet or anything, they all lost weight! Maybe that's the missing link!!

  2. Actually I read that article too, and I totally think that's a huge problem of mine! Gotta work on it...
