B- Green lemonade, grapes
L- Spinach salad with grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, bacon, with bacon honey mustard dressing (not the healthiest, but i didn't "miscombine" my meal... yay!) skipped the croutons, cheese, and the yummy croissant that they serve with them at Rucker John's....
D- Spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumber, honey mustard dressing
Had a consulation with the trainer at the gym. My cardiovascular and muscular strength (and one other thing he measured) were all "POOR." my flexibility was very good though. at least i have that going for me!!! he also took my circumference measurements and they were shocking. i signed up for 8 sessions, first one is tomorrow morning at 6am. wish me luck!!
