I also ate and drank waaaaay too much. Gotta get bakc to the routine and eat better. Luckily the leftovers from the picnic is actually healthy. I'll be eating grilled chicken for the next couple days along with this mango, avocado and black bean salad. Yum. Unfortunately, being hungover Monday meant that Brian and I ordered Chinese, so I had those leftovers last night.
But - back to class this am. I'll be sore. And I'm definitely planning on going to the gym the next two mornings as well. I haven't dared to get on the scale after the weekend, so hopefully if I watch what I eat and make sure I go to the gym, the damage won't be that bad.
