Mondays!

So i was determined not to snack all day and what did i do? snack of course! i don't know what it is about being hungry on Mondays. at least I hit the gym already and did chest (75 lbs on the flat bench press today!) and am hitting the gym in like half an hour for some quick cardio and then a softball game at 6 if it's not raining too hard. plus the scale said 131 today which is better than Friday's weigh in! hope everyone had a great weekend!
