B- Green Lemonade, strawberries
L- green salad, balsamic dressing, small piece of grilled salmon
Oops- bag of small cookies from the vending machine with a coffee... gave away about 1/4 of the bag (bag was 1 svg) so at least that helped. oh- and 2 bites of mom's leftover cheesesteak from lunch :-/
D- grilled chicken breast and grilled zucchini and squash
30 mins on the arc trainer. I usually do the weight loss program, but I changed it up and did the intervals. that really had me sweating!! and when I got home I did my exercises that the trainer gave me for homework.
Feeling pretty good today! although I have to stop having a coffee around 430 in the afternoon... maybe that's what's messing up my sleep. I brought in some decaf and I still have a bunch of tea. ..

definitely no more coffee at 430. awesome that you did the intervals! They're tough. But supposed to be really good for you. Keep it up - you're doing great!
