B- Green lemonade, 2 peaches
L- Chicken wing, fish ball (it was really little. and fried. damn food from the asian food store... my weakness....), green salad and 2ish (maybe even 3) servings of these turkey snack bite things. only 60 calories a serving, so I guess going over wasn't that bad....
S- 1/2 banana (was a little over-ripe)
D- about 6 oz of grilled rib eye steak with grilled asparagus
Went to the gym for my 2nd personal training session. he didn't ask me if I did my homework, thank God, so I didn't have to lie to him!! :-P Chest and quads feeling a little sore. I already feel so much better adding the exercise into my routine. Having him push me to finish all my reps is really awesome.
