Not panicking

so 125.5 this am. But I'm a little bloated and last weekend was so bad. I have worked out Wed, Thu, and this morning. I actually couldn't fall back to sleep this am after I woke up at 5:20. I was thinking of staying in bed since it's really crappy weather in CT, but I kept thinking about the new jeans I bought and not gaining weight.
Anyway, I just want to remind everyone, you can screw up, just don't make that an excuse for being bad all week. One screwup will not make you gain 5 lbs, but screwing up all week will. Every meal is a new experience and you can make it healthy.
