121.4 Thank you, Personal Training!! Because it sure wasn't my eating that helped me drop a few lbs....
I feel so out of control with my eating!! I had no green lemonade, and I just get in moods when I just can't fight my food cravings :-(
B- Orange
L- Country sausage sandwich thing from our new sandwich vending machine and about 1/2 a cucumber. Despite a few vending maching problems, I fought my way through so I could have the damn sandwich. I don't even want to know how many calories/fat were in that bad boy.
S- Lots of those chocolate w/ coffee bean things and coffee. I gotta make them disappear (and I don't mean by eating them....)
D- Salmon with green salad and balsamic. I got the wild caught salmon this time (we usually get the farm raised which is much fattier). I like them both, but it was nice to have the leaner cut. still yummy and had a good texture, too.
Super late night- I tried making brownies from scratch. I used the wrong pan (I suck) so they were super thick and fell apart. They sure are yummy, but are in a million pieces. just begged to be picked at.
Exercise- personal training session #3. He says I've been making steady progress, and we're onto a new type of routine on Tuesday. He changed my "homework" though. Instead of 20-60 mins of cardio of my choice per day plus ab excercises, I have to burn 100 calories on the treadmill walking at any speed I want, but at 15% incline (the highest it goes!!)... and he doesn't let me hold on. I've done this for 2 mins at the longest, and I always feel like I'm gonna fall off!! and plus the same ab exercises. I feel more sore today than I have the other times, but it's a good sore :-)
