Well, I have not been good at posting, but on the last weigh in I am 161 pounds. I am really slow in taking this weight off-Though when I started, which was before the PHAt club, I have lost a total of 12 pds. My slowness in taking this weight off may have something to do with the fact that I love to go to restaurants and have a couple of drinks and eat!!
I think I may have subconsiously not posted as much as I should have because I was a bad eater and exerciser more then 50% of the time. Oh- and I used to be the BEST exerciser- completely committed, but turned 40, and used that as an excuse to take it easy.. No good- I am at my happiest when I am out there in the sunshine being active!!!
My goal is at least 15 to 20 pds and I am still working on it. Monday I start a new plan. Kostas is back from Scotland and we have a wine and jazz festival tomorrow and do not want to ruin it by having to watch what I eat and drink!! I will have to say, though I still embrace life through food and drink, I have been eating smaller portions and making BETTER choices, though not the right choices yet. These things take time!
Finding that motivation is my pitfall!! I feel fabulous and great even though I am overweight, humm, even though I don't look as great in clothes, and I LOVE clothes, obviously it is mental work to still feel fabulous! I really do want to be where I was at when I was in my 30's!!! It is possible. But with that said, I always say, always embrace your beautiful body, fat or thin!!! Confidence is what is sexy!!!
